These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of queenislove.comand the related subscription service (the “Service”) operated by QueenIsLove(“QueenIsLove”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for adults only; use by anyone under 18, and any attempt to conceal or misrepresent your age, is prohibited. We may implement age-verification measures and request additional documentation to confirm your age at any time. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Your account and email
You provide an email address to access content and manage your subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your email.
3. The Service
QueenIsLove provides a subscription service for reading manga and comics. We may add, change, or remove titles, features, and content at any time. Catalog size and availability may vary by region and over time.
The Service may include mature content and themes intended solely for adult audiences. By accessing it you confirm that you are of legal age to view such content where you live and that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, pricing, and renewal
- Plans. We offer recurring plans (for example, Weekly, 4-Week, and 12-Week terms), with an optional Ultra HD upgrade that applies to any plan. Current prices and features are shown at checkout.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Price changes. We may change prices. We will give you advance notice, and changes take effect on your next billing period.
- Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which we may add where required.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refund details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We do not store your full payment-card details on our servers.
7. License to use content
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription where required, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view content for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. All content remains the property of QueenIsLove or its licensors.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with our Content Policy, which prohibits, among other things, copying, downloading, redistributing, scraping, or circumventing protections on our content.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and all content, trademarks, and software are owned by QueenIsLove or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the limited license above.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content will remain available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueenIsLove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and consumers keep all mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold QueenIsLove harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent prohibited by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our Content Policy, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by other means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Cyprus Eurasia Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Centre (CEDRAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
