This policy explains how to cancel your QueenIsLove subscription and when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until that period ends. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period unless required by law or stated below.
2. Renewal cut-off
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your current period ends. Renewal charges are made at the start of each new period at the then-current price.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of that charge. Contact us with the email address used to subscribe and we will process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, including any digital wallet used at checkout, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
5. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because the subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, by subscribing you ask us to begin providing it right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once access has started. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of access.
